Monique’s Must-See at Bamboozle artist list - #1 Armor For Sleep
Just when I didn’t think this festival could get any better, I get a text message from my friend saying Armor For Sleep was added to Friday. In utter disbelief I went to the site to see for myself and my jaw instantly dropped. There’s something honestly magical about this band. AFS has a way of making you forget about everything plaguing your mind, and remembering what’s real. I was a-ok with never seeing this band live again, and the fact that Bamboozle 2012 is bringing this sheer happiness back into my life, shows the power of music and why this festival is so awesome! See ya tomorrow!!

Monique’s Must-See at Bamboozle artist list - #2 Wallpaper.
The minute I read that Wallpaper. was added to the Bamboozle Sunday line-up I screamed. I don’t really know when I discovered this party animal but now I don’t know how I lived without #stupidfacedd for so long. This music is my jammy jam and fills such a void in my library. If you haven’t heard a Wallpaper. song, get on it. It’s a party in your ears. I’d love to see a LMFAO/Wallpaper Fall Tour. Someone make that happen, please and thank you!

Monique’s Must-See at Bamboozle artist list - #3 Skrillex
It seems that Sonny Moore always has his fingers on the pulse of whatever is going to be the next hot trend in music. And low and behold, Skrillex is the dubstep king. Lights sounds dancing and samples, SIGN ME UP! I am beyond stoked to finally see a Skrillex show, and the fact that the party doesn’t end with his set but continues to the after-party at Convention Hall is gonna turn Friday night Boozle into a drum and bass hot dirty mess, and I love it!

Monique’s Must-See at Bamboozle artist list - #5 Motion City Soundtrack
If you’ve followed tuned in. since the beginning then you know that we all love MCS a lot. I’m no different. I could honestly watch Motion City everyday for a month and never get tired of their set. I actually haven’t seen them in a while and I can’t wait to see what new antics they are up to and possibly hear a new song or two! I’m also just super excited to dance around like an idiot in the sand…

Monique’s Must-See at Bamboozle artist list - #6 Incubus
It all started one late night watching MTV. I was memorized as I watch one hand draw another and then a person which faded into Brandon Boyd. From that point I became an Incubus fan. Although I’ve enjoyed their music for years and years I’ve never seen Incubus in concert and I can not wait to see them for the first time Friday Night! Should be pretty dang epic.

Monique’s Must-See at Bamboozle artist list - #7 The Promise Ring
Going to art school has its perks. One of them being, hipster friends! At no point in my life was I even remotely a hipster but I did have a couple of friends who very much were and they introduced me to black plastic framed glasses and awesome bands such as The Promise Ring. I have no expectations of what their set will be like, but I’m super excited to finally see this band live.

Monique’s Must-See at Bamboozle artist list - #8 The All-American Rejects
This band would’ve been much higher on the list if I didn’t just see their tour a couple weeks ago. It’s crazy to think that I’ve been rocking out to the rejects for 10 years. Where does the time go? There’s something about this band, that just makes me happy. If you want to have a feel good, innocent time with your friends, definitely check out this set!

Monique’s Must-See at Bamboozle artist list - #9 DJ Pauly D
A tv show, tour with Britney Spears, record deal with G-Unit, custom headphones, and several catch phases. YEAH BUDDY! Pauly D has been all over everything and I’m beyond excited to see him turn Bamboozle up! I saw him recently at a pool party, and it was all the way live. Jersey Shore doesn’t do his skills justice, the kid gets down on the 1’s & 2’s.

Monique’s Must-See at Bamboozle artist list - #10 Kreayshawn
Every time I see Kreayshawn I wonder “where on Earth did this chick come from?” Which is definitely not a bad thing! She’s on a level all her own and reminds me of Ke$ha & Katy Perry in a strange way. I know I’m going to get so much slack for including her on the list, but I never claimed to like the same things as everyone else! Also shout out to her girl V-Nasty who is also playing Bamboozle this year. I’ll be watching both for sure and hopefully can hook them up with a couple swagger bracelets!
Monique’s Must-See at Bamboozle artist list - #11 A$AP Rocky
A year ago I downloaded my first A$AP Rocky mixtape. Now I’m finally going to see him for the first time. I’m not really sure what to expect but I’m excited to see something new and fresh. Bamboozle has always been my ideal setting to check out those artists I’ve been meaning to see, especially when I have some down time and just want to wander around for a minute.
